Thank you so much for your prayers for us. We are humbled knowing of your investment of time to pray for us. Your prayers have been evident over the past couple of weeks. Thank you so much.
Haylee is feeling much better with some new medicine. She visited an arthritis specialist last week and we are in the process of finding out exactly what is causing her joint pain. There are several possibilities so it will take some time to figure out exactly what the problem is. The most likely diagnosis is Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. The good news is that Haylee is feeling great and the new medicine seems to be working great.
Jackson is doing well. He's been busy with school, homework, book reports, i-pod touch, wii, soccer, and other boy stuff.
Liesa and Jeff have had a busy few weeks. We were able to travel to Bolivia earlier this month to visit with our teammates who are working there. Jeff traveled to Alabama to lead part of a meeting for Strategy Coordinator churches. While in the USA Jeff was able to visit family in Mississippi. Liesa has been busy getting ready for a large number of churches coming to work in Peru before the end of the year.
Jeff will be traveling to the Amazon region of Peru for a few days of research with our teammate Jake Glover. Please pray for Spirit-led work that will open doors for future ministry. Pray for good health and safety, also.
We have confirmed our dates for our trip to the USA in December and January. We'll be in Mississippi from December 20 to January 20. We're excited about being able to visit some great churches while we are there. Here's our schedule so far...
- Jan 2 -- First Baptist Yazoo City.
- Jan 9 -- First Baptist Oxford (morning), West Heights Baptist Pontotoc (evening).
- Jan 16 -- Salem Baptist Church in Lauderdale County, MS
We have some Wednesday nights available if you would like for us to help promote missions in your church. Just let us know and we'll try to work something out.
Thank you so much for your prayer support and your giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering and Cooperative Program.
